We have developed our own in House training program and SP105 maintenance procedures to comply with BS9991 and BS 9999, our procedures have been audited so we are very proud to be probably the first UK company to get this accreditation, and also to be awarded the British standard Kitemark. This means that after every system service visit, whether an annual or interim maintenance Nationwide can issue a BAFE Certificate of Conformance to be issued in line with scheme requirements to confirm it is in full working order in the event of a fire ( subject to any remedial works required).
“ If you require dry riser/wet riser servicing and maintenance works you can find Third Party Certified competent providers that can deliver these services for this by searching the BAFE Fire Safety Register.
